I relocated to South Florida from Baltimore Maryland in 2013. While still having my R.E. license in Maryland in referral I am fully focused in the Florida R.E. market. I wore many hats included but not limited to Baltimore County Greater Board of Realtors, Rookie of the year – First year in the business, co-manager, trainer and mentor.
I have received many designations and certifications in the R.E. field known as Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, First time Buyers Accredited Buyers Rep and Senior Residential Specialist.

Amy Awerbuch has truly experienced the world of Real Estate from many unique perspectives – from marketing home furnishings for a major Midwest Design Center, to selling and listing high end residential properties and owning and managing an Arizona luxury vacation rental.

This multi-talented Michigan native studied Textiles at Arizona State prior to earning a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit. She would later work for the Michigan Design Center, gaining valuable experience marketing furniture and textiles to local designers and architects.
As a licensed Michigan Realtor, Amy built a successful career renovating houses and selling residential properties and vacant land for Real Estate One- Max Broock Inc. in Bloomfield Hills.
The natural beauty and allure of the Southwest would eventually lead her back to Arizona where for two years she “lived her dream”- operating a five star luxury vacation home before turning her “casita” into a year-round rental property.

Roberto’s professionalism is a result of his experience and education, from growing up in the most international small town Portofino, Italy, to attending the prestigious Instituto Leonardo da Vinci in Lugano, Switzerland, to mastering theater for numerous years in Milan, Italy. Shortly after that, his passion for linguistics propelled him to commence language studies in Cambridge, UK.
Then he took a leap of faith by relocating to Cape Town, South Africa where he applied all his experiences in expanding his business portfolio by opening Palma, a sophisticated dynamic restaurant that catered for the opulence of CapeTown.
After all his hard work, and many years of residing in different countries all over the world, he learned what it takes to build global marketing strategies, international connections, and lifetime relationships. During his travels, he learned how to appreciate the purity and richness of various backgrounds.
While on vacation, he visited South Florida and became enamored with the cosmopolitan energy, which is why he calls it his new home.
He chose to work in the Real Estate industry because he loves being part of his client’s journey in finding that special property they can call “home”. Born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, Cindy started her professional career in the banking industry, first as a teller, then promoted to branch manager. Subsequently, Cindy became the assistant of the senior partner of a criminal defense law firm. She quickly earned the trust of her superiors and became a legal secretary and team-managed the firm’s bookkeeping for nearly 10 years.
Despite her good fortune and track record in the legal field, Cindy chose not to become complacent. Cindy decided to become her own boss, an offshoot of her experience as a single mother to her now two grown sons, Matthew and Evan. She’s resided in South Florida since 2016 and knows the challenges of moving in today’s market. A fast-paced and exciting career, real estate would be of equal momentum and social skills required for managing even the most discerning of customers in the dynamic field of real estate.
A “free spirit,” Cindy enthusiastically embraces the challenge of the unexpected.
“I really like people. I like knowing what makes people excited. Everyone has a story, and I want to know what yours is.” This attitude makes Cindy an active listener to her customers, intuitively finding them their home.
Cindy has become an avid volunteer for children’s and animal causes. While in Carroll County, Maryland, Cindy volunteered for Charm City Angels. With referrals from the American Red Cross, she and her friends collected and delivered food vouchers, clothing, bedding and toys to children and parents displaced by fires or flooding, those who were “down and out.” Cindy has a heart of gold, so to speak, something her customers sense from their very first introduction to her.
These days, in her spare time, Cindy is involved in animal rescue and has four dogs of her own, all rescues. She enjoys traveling and socializing, two of the most important attributes for serving real estate customers.

Stephen Nightingale grew up in the leafy green suburb of Scarsdale, N.Y.
After graduating Scarsdale High School, he then went on to American University in Washington D.C., earning a B.A. in Business, followed by an M.A. in Education from Manhattan College in Purchase, New York.
As a child, Stephen spent many school holidays staying with his grandparents at their condo in Boca.
Those glorious memories of swaying palm trees, beaches and so much more were the catalyst to make the move from New York to Florida with absolutely no regrets.
Stephen naturally enjoys engaging with people. Aware, very familiar, and enthusiastic of all the benefits of Florida living and lifestyle, Stephen looks forward in helping people realize and achieve their ideal, possibly, ‘dream’ location.
