Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Brandon Markow had interests in both architecture and sports. He began his college career in the architecture field, but ultimately ended up pursuing a degree in Sport and Recreation Management and receiving his BS degree from Temple University. After graduation, Brandon coached high school football at Pikesville High, and then with Long Reach High School in Columbia, Maryland. He also worked for the Baltimore Orioles for many summers.
Having known Renee since early in his childhood, as her son and Brandon were good friends, and still having an interest in architecture, Renee introduced him to real estate while in Baltimore, seeing that his architecture background would be a good fit with the real estate industry. She guided him as to where to take courses and find training, and left the door open for him to join her in Florida after gaining some experience on his own. Brandon recieved his real estate license in Maryland and started down his new career path with Long & Foster. While in Baltimore, Brandon worked with many clients who were from out of state, and found he had a knack for listening to their exact needs and finding the perfect property to fill them. These skills would be a perfect fit for the Florida real estate market, so Brandon studied for his Florida real estate license and took Renee up on her offer to join Signature Realty. Along with the skills he developed in Baltimore, his eye for details and seeing the hidded potential in properties will allow Brandon to make sure you get the perfect property to fit your exact needs.
Practicing the competitive field of real estate requires so much attention to details, but most importantly, attention to your customer. Composure and diligence to task are absolute requirements to effectively earn a customer’s trust and continued business. Cindy Murphy would say she’s got your needs covered, and she’s right.
Born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, Cindy started her professional career in the banking industry, first as a teller, then promoted to branch manager. Subsequently, Cindy became the assistant of the senior partner of a criminal defense law firm. She quickly earned the trust of her superiors and became a legal secretary and team-managed the firm’s bookkeeping for nearly 10 years.
Despite her good fortune and track record in the legal field, Cindy chose not to become complacent. Cindy decided to become her own boss, an offshoot of her experience as a single mother to her now two grown sons, Matthew and Evan. She’s resided in South Florida since 2016 and knows the challenges of moving in today’s market. A fast-paced and exciting career, real estate would be of equal momentum and social skills required for managing even the most discerning of customers in the dynamic field of real estate.
A “free spirit,” Cindy enthusiastically embraces the challenge of the unexpected.
“I really like people. I like knowing what makes people excited. Everyone has a story, and I want to know what yours is.” This attitude makes Cindy an active listener to her customers, intuitively finding them their home.
Cindy has become an avid volunteer for children’s and animal causes. While in Carroll County, Maryland, Cindy volunteered for Charm City Angels. With referrals from the American Red Cross, she and her friends collected and delivered food vouchers, clothing, bedding and toys to children and parents displaced by fires or flooding, those who were “down and out.” Cindy has a heart of gold, so to speak, something her customers sense from their very first introduction to her.
These days, in her spare time, Cindy is involved in animal rescue and has four dogs of her own, all rescues. She enjoys traveling and socializing, two of the most important attributes for serving real estate customers.
“I SO enjoyed making my home here my safe place, my spa, my fortress, my solitude. I’d really like to do the same for others.”
Whether you’re buying, renting or selling, Cindy is here to find and secure your “NEW forever home.”
